The Ballhaus Naunynstraße, located at Naunynstr. 27 in Berlin Kreuzberg, reopened on November 7, 2008, after a small renovation. The new artistic director, Shermin Langhoff, has succeeded in breathing new life into the venue after several years. The plays are witty, dramatic, and innovative. Young artists as well as old acquaintances find their place, even with projects outside of classical theater. You can find the current program on the well-maintained website. In January, the Dyalog Theaterfest will be held for the 13th time, and, as in previous years, at the Ballhaus.
