Have you ever cleared a dance floor?
I got so wasted before playing that during my set, I kept asking myself which of the two turntables was actually playing and why? But I only made that mistake once. Well, at least I had fun.
Are you reserved or aggressive during a DJ changeover? Where have there been real problems?
I think only beginners are aggressive. Because one more or one less record really doesn't matter. And if it does, I have my buddies with me ;). Luckily, I've never had any real problems. Most DJs are just chill.
Your best Berlin story that you tell girls abroad?
I tell them that in Berlin, the average income is 20,000 Euros per month and that we all... cm and... m and... hours and... But by then, the woman is usually already gone.
Is it an advantage to be from Berlin?
Of course, Berlin has a special status in the world when it comes to electronic music. However, merely living in the city is no guarantee that you are a good DJ. Especially abroad, I constantly meet very good DJs. So it doesn't really help. Of course, I tell proud about the city.

For which woman would you play hip-hop in the middle of a techno set at Berghain?
For my girlfriend, I would even play Schlager if it made her happy... But luckily, that's not the case.

Berlin plus the sea.

I'm a student, I need the money.
Why did your favorite Berlin club become your favorite club?
The city is my favorite club. There are simply too many good parties for me to have one favorite club.
Where and for how much did you play your first DJ set?
That was at the Pentagonik founding party in 2005. The HiFi headphones from home were, of course, much too quiet, and the sound system we had rented was, as always, much too loud. So I heard almost nothing. It was still awesome. Compensated?! Don, Kai, where's my money?
What do you do abroad that you would never do here?
I get naked and scatch with my butt cheeks... No, basically I do everything I would also do in Berlin.
